Our military intel contact said the list from Mr Fleming’s sources of 237 bond types matches his info; he said this list demonstrates why the military RV security teams have had their hands full with ferreting out cabal fake bonds, vetting fraud in bond provenance and origin, arresting those responsible, and keeping the process moving, and also why UST-assigned-personnel have been exhausted with the whole process and just want the RV out the door; he said keep prayers going up over bond processing especially that bond paperwork “logistical nightmares” become “expedited sweet dreams” so the T4B notifications can go out sooner than later this week.
