Using the majick that I Am, I Choose
2 Create lasting peAce in me
So 2day when the bus Driver blew by my stop
resisting the mad urge to pop,
tasting the salt,
I decided the next ride
would suit me just fine
I took a breather, space to unwind
lit a spliff, enjoyed the drift
my gaze turned to The HEavens
gone was the stressin’
and looky-loo, what’s that in the Sky ?
an aircraft, previously unseen to my eyes
a V shaped ship, nose 2 eARTh, moving slow-mo
out of 2 tails, 2 plumes of contrails,
it felt like The Veil
shifted some more
all BE*CAUSE I chose not to get sore
when the bus blew on down the road
leaving me with my grocery load
that extRA-ordinary mo that would not have been
if I let Oscar The Grouch steal the scene ~
***This episode also involved 2 lovely gentlemen, worker-dudes, who graciously lamented my vanished chariot, noticing/sensing my initial displeasure. These dear ones made gr8 effort 2 cheer me. We got 2 chatting about Spring flowers. The one who had the look of a hardened Gladiator, with sparkly eyes, peeping out of a mask nonetheless, was especially delighted that the wee purple crocuses are jumpin’ up All Over CreaTion Here !
Ya never know what wOnders will unfold in a Wink of Surrender.
