The D**d End of “Giving-To-Get”
-Why “Pay-Walling” Is Counterproductive To Our Evolution
This morning as I finished reading an excellent astrology article, The Power of Synodic Cycles, by Gary Conat, I was met with this disconcerting statement:
“…these kinds of high value posts will eventually be behind a paywall. Your pledges help unlock more of them!”
So I wrote this comment to Everyone:
Dear Gary, and the ‘thousand’ other presenters here who think that way.
I must point out the fundamental truth of our nature, what the Aquarian age of unity and cooperation we’ve entered really means, and how we continue to operate despite. My comment is meant to bring to our awareness that our current pay-me-before-I-will-give-you-anything attitude is out of alignment with our nature, is quite unhealthy, and cannot be condoned. In fact, it stymies our ability to fully live out our purpose in life because, for whatever reason, we put money before service. At this point, we desperately need to let go of ‘giving-to-get.’
We are never going to get out of the prison of 3d duality mentality and the suffering it causes if we don’t stop hoarding out of fear of not getting what we need or trying to prove our worth by ‘making money.’ When we ‘make’ others ‘pay’ us we are shooting ourselves in both feet because it keeps us stuck in ego. Releasing ourselves can happen only by us practicing giving unconditionally, like the little suns that we are. I can’t see what could be sillier or more detrimental than forcing each other to ‘pay up.’

Our nature is to radiate, to generate without conditions. Generosity is the nature of the Universe. The Sun gives freely. Our predicament is that we have fallen so far into fear and social conditioning, become so obsessively concerned about ‘me’ getting what ‘I’ need and want, that we are going to have to make a gargantuan leap of faith and strength to get out of the money-mired mess of limitations we’ve created and switch from ‘I-me-mine’ to ‘Us-we-ours.’ That way, all resources will be properly circulated and everyone will always have more than enough. Which way do we like better?
The highly touted new age sacred cow of ‘energy exchange’ is really laughable when looked at for what it is. The o****s of the human body do not exact payment from each other for what they do for each other. The heart does not require the kidneys to sign a contract before it will release b***d to them. The river pours its water over everything as an act of natural expression, never worrying whether or not it will get back what it needs.

We are in a real bind here. A ‘catch 44.’ We cannot accelerate our consciousness beyond the lower frequencies of the old paradigm of lack and fear without more love, and that means we must start giving freely, because money is conditional love; love frozen in place. But love that’s frozen is not really love, is it? We’ve got to melt so the current-cy flows.
There is no actual lack; we hoard what we have in our delusion of separation from the Source and each other and then experience the illusion that there is lack. There is only one answer here: we must see through that delusion and share out of the goodness of our hearts. To share like the family of souls that we are is what will relieve us of the burden of pain we carry. It will make us happy again because it will open our hearts, like when we were kids.
By bringing this to our awareness now we loosen up our old beliefs so our behavior is affected. Opening our minds to what we already know inside is true will open the door to our freedom. Don’t ask how. The more of us that settle down into this knowing, the greater the effect on the Field in general. A true new paradigm/new age community is based on the fulfillment of everyone’s well-being.
If it’s not good for everyone, it’s not good for anyone.

So just relax. Breathe and let go of the past. The future is here; let’s act like it now. It’s time to start playing again.
