Matthew on the GCR and NESARA

I’ve been asked to comment on Matthew’s latest message in which he discusses the GCR (or Reval) and NESARA:
“The economic provision of NESARA—National Economic Security and Reformation Act—will end impoverishment worldwide. …
“Personal debts incurred on bank loans, mortgages and credit cards also will be cancelled. It is our understanding that in both national and individual situations, reimbursement may be arranged for payments made. …
“We don’t know when the GCR and NESARA will be implemented or the future of the QFS [Quantum Financial System], but we do know that none of those entities will suddenly put money in anyone’s bank account.” (1)
I think I trust Matthew more than any other source I can think of on any subject he chooses to address. Because I put such stock in his messages and Suzy Ward’s channeling, I can honestly say: I don’t know what to think. I don’t know what to say.
On the other side of the question, the Divine Mother herself through Linda Dillon claims authorship of the plan:
Divine Mother: What you think of as the re-evaluation [Reval] was structured a long, long time ago [at my request], under the auspices particularly of Sanat Kamara and St. Germaine, your star family, star beings on planet, and, shall we say, awakened individuals.

The plan was that, when humanity, primarily led by the United States, was ready to truly reach a place of peace, of harmony, and of sharing, these re-evaluations would be put in place and that is why what you think of as the trigger points had to do with the settlements of war, the settlement of conflict.
Whether it was Korea or Vietnam or Iraq, etc., it was to shift … not to s***p, not to destroy this or that regime, but to truly bring about, shall we say, a rebalancing and to help with those nations that had been completely decimated, not only physically but morally, emotionally, mentally, to bring things back into balance.
A tag-along to that was to include various groups of people – whether they were veterans or Lightworkers….
That was and that is and that has remained my plan of unfoldment. (2)
I have no way of knowing who is right when two channels I respect disagree.
However, I strongly hope that Matthew proves wrong.
