IN 2013, I WROTE AN OBITUARY IN HONOR OF POOF. HE PASSED A COUPLE DAYS AGO BACK THEN. I WONDER HOW MANY READERS REMEMBER POOF, THE CREATOR OF THIS NEWSLETTER. JAMES WAS A NOBLE MAN WHO STILL REACHES OUT TO US EVERY WEEK THROUGH HIS VERY CONNECTED WIFE, SUSAN. JAMES WAS EXTRAORDINARY, AND HE REVEALED MANY TRUTHS AND INCURRED THE ATTENTION OF THE D********E TO SUCH A DEGREE THAT ONE DAY HE WAS FINE, AND A MONTH LATER PASSED FORM EVERY O***N IN HIS BODY AT STAGE 4 C****R – A STATISTICAL IMPOSSIBILITY.
SO IN HONOR OF HIS ANNIVERSARY, I REPRINT SOME PORTIONS OF ZAP #2 PUBLISHED AHORTLY AFTER HIS PASSING.

POOF IS GONE, BUT NOT GONE – WE ARE HERE TO CONTINUE THE INFORMATION DISSEMINATION TO PROVIDE A BIT OF CLARITY WHEN WADING THROUGH ALL THE MUCK OUT THERE OF TRUTH AND DISINFORMATION.
SO, FIRST PIECE OF REAL NEWS: LOOKS LIKE THERE WILL BE A TAD OF SUNSHINE PEEKING THROUGH AS THE FIRST EVER DOWNLOAD FOR THE REDEMPTION OF HISTORIC ASSETS HAS OCCURRED A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE SETTLING BANK CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND.
THIS IS OF EXTREME SIGNIFICANCE.
THE REASON WHY, IS THAT BEFORE THE GLOBAL GOLD SETTLEMENTS OCCUR, BASIL III IS INSTALLED, AND THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RV OF DINAR/DONG IS DONE, THE RELEASE OF THE MATRIX FUNDS MUST OCCUR TO BEGIN THE PROCESS OF GETTING RID OF THE HISTORIC ASSETS THAT HAVE PLAGUED OUR HUMANITY FOR DECADES THROUGH THEFT, OBVIATION OF AGREEMENTS AND TREATIES, AND GENERAL GREED.
ONCE THESE FUNDS START PAYING OUT THE VARIOUS KEEPERS OF THE HISTORIC ASSETS, THE SETTLEMENTS CAN BEGIN, AND THEN THE RV BECOMES A REALITY AND INEVITABLE. NEVER MIND TO CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT RUMOR MILL REGARDING THE RV, THIS IS THE SEQUENCE OF THAT PROCESS.
BACK THEN, WE WERE VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE JUBILEE AND ALL WAS SET, OR SO WE THOUGHT. BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN AND MANY WHO WORKED FOR DECADES WERE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
CHINESE WERE CHOSEN BY THE CELESTIALS MILLENNIA AGO TO BE THE KEEPERS (GUARDIANS) OF HUMANITY’S WEALTH (THE MATRIX FUNDS), BECAUSE THEY CAN KEEP SECRETS, CARE FOR OUR HUMANITY, AND HAVE GREAT INTEGRITY.
OVER TIME, THEY HAVE CREATED MANY COMPLEX SYSTEMS TO KEEP THE SECRETS, SECRET. BUT, OVER TIME, WHEN THE KEEPERSHIP WAS HANDED DOWN FATHER TO SON/DAUGHTER, THE SON/DAUGHTER SOMETIMES FORGOT WHAT THE TRUE MISSION AND MEANING OF THEIR KEEPERSHIP WAS, AND DECIDED THAT THE WEALTH IN THEIR KEEP WAS ACTUALLY THEIR INHERITANCE, AND THEREFORE THEIRS. THAT’S WHERE PART OF THE PROBLEMS STARTED.

THE OTHER PART WAS THE VARIOUS LEADERS OF OUR NATIONS WHO C****T THE GREED BUG.
THE FAMILY IS OFT TIMES CALLED “THE DRAGONS”, THE “ELDERS’, ETC. YES, THEY ARE OF THE DRAGON FAMILIES (WHITE, BLUE, GOLD, BLACK, GREEN, ETC) BUT THE COLORS ARE JUST DESIGNATORS FOR ADMIN, TREASURY, GUARDIAN, ETC. THERE IS NO ONE “DRAGON” THAT IS THE SUPREME ENTITY. IT IS A COUNCIL REALLY COMPRISED OF THE DRAGONS, TIGERS, BUTTERFLY, LOTUS, AND OTHER ANIMALS AND FRUITS AND VEGETABLES I THINK AS SOME ARE SO C****T UP IN THEMSELVES THEY EXHIBIT THE INTELLIGENCE OF A PARSNIP WHEN IT COMES TO COMMON SENSE, AND THE TRUE PURPOSE/MISSION OF HELPING OUR HUMANITY.
THE HIERARCHY IS COMPRISED OF THE DRAGON LORDS (CELESTIALS) WITH THE LESSER HUMAN DRAGONS (OF WHATEVER COLOR), AND EARTHLY COUNCILS BEING IN CHARGE OF THEIR DESIGNATED TASKS.
REMEMBER THAT AS IN ALL CASES, THERE ARE BAD APPLES IN EVERY BUSHEL, AND THE FAMILY IS NO EXCEPTION. FOR THE MOST PART, THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE WITH THEIR HEARTS IN THE RIGHT PLACE, AND HOLDING THE INTENT HIGH FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL. THEN THERE ARE THE ONES THAT FEEL THE MATRIX WEALTH IN THEIR KEEP IS THEIRS…THEY LOST SIGHT OF WHAT IS REAL AND WHAT THEIR MISSION IS. THE FAMILY WEEDS THOSE OUT, AND THEY EITHER DISAPPEAR IF THEIR EGO AND GREED ARE SO GREAT THEY ACTUALLY HARM THE MATRIX, OR THEY JUST GET STRIPPED OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND A REPLACEMENT IS INSTALLED.
THAT IS A SNAPSHOT OF THE BASIC SYSTEM OF KEEPERS, AND WHY THEY ARE HERE. I COULD SPEND HOURS ON THIS GOING INTO DETAIL, BUT THIS WILL SUFFICE FOR NOW.
THAT INFORMATION WAS NOT QUITE ACCURATE IN RESPECT OF THE STRUCTURE AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIVISIONS OF KEEPERS AS I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO COMPLETELY REVEAL THE INSIDES BUT IT CAME CLOSE.
WE ARE NOW AT THE JUBILEE POINT AGAIN, AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT IS HEADING UP NESARA/GESARA IS EXTREMELY BUSY WITH ALL THE TASKS AT HAND. HE HAS BEEN HERE SINCE C*****N SIGNED OFF ON NESARA, AND HE HAS STOOD STRAIGHT THROUGH ALL THE B******T WE HAVE GONE THROUGH. WE ARE ALL GRATEFUL HE IS HERE AND HAS PLEDGED TO SEE THIS PROCESS THROUGH. IT TAKES A VERY SPECIAL KIND OF GUY TO DO WHAT HE HAS DONE AND WE ALL OWE HIM SO MUCH IT IS UNIMAGINABLE. ALL I CAN PERSONALLY SAY IS A VERY HUMBLE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR HUMANITY, MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU FOR ANOTHER THOUSAND YEARS WE COULD ALL USE YOUR LEADERSHIP. THE MEDBEDS WILL ALLOW HIM TO REGENERATE AND TURN BACK THE CLOCK AND I FOR ONE VERY MUCH WANT THAT TO HAPPEN.
THE HEAD OF THE FAMILY AND THE VARIOUS FACTIONS (THERE ARE MANY AND SOME ARE VYING FOR POSITION LIKE IN ALL SYSTEMS), HAS STARTED THE INTERNAL CLEANUP. LET’S CALL HIM GRANDFATHER OR GRANDPA FOR OUR PURPOSES HERE. HE IS A FEW CENTURIES OLD, BUT STILL CONSIDERED A YOUNGSTER. THEY DON’T REALLY START TO TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY UP THERE UNTIL YOU HIT 500, BUT HE IS AN EXCEPTION.
GRANDPA SUPPOSEDLY D**D SOME TIME AGO, BUT HE DIDN’T, AND EVERYBODY WAS LOOKING FOR THE REPLACEMENT, AND THE USUAL JOSTLING FOR POSITION PROBLEMS OCCURRED OF COURSE. IN THE MEANTIME, HE SAT BACK AND WATCHED THAT CIRCUS FOR A WHILE, AND MADE A LIST OF WHO WAS NAUGHTY AND NICE. NOW HE HAS ANNOUNCED HE IS BACK AND ALIVE, AND THE CLEANUP HAS STARTED. THIS WILL EXTEND TO THE MASS ARREST THING AS WELL WHEN THE CLEANUP HITS THAT LEVEL, AND PART OF THAT HAS ALREADY STARTED AS WE CAN SEE AND HEAR IN THE NEWS.
SO THERE YOU GO. A BIT OF CLARITY TO MUNCH ON. THIS IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FOR ME TO SPEAK LIKE THIS, BUT MY DEAR BROTHER JAMES SHOWED ME SOMETHING THAT WAS NEEDED IN THESE TIMES, SO I AM HAPPY TO SPEAK OUT A BIT.
