WARNING!!! Without my permission someone, or ones, have put up a platform on Telegram under my picture and name of Judy Byington. I DO NOT have a Telegram Platform. I DO NOT set up Quantum Financial Accounts. On Sat. 13 Sept. 2025 in that Byington Platform Chat 6226 it said that I was offering to set up Quantum Financial Accounts for people. This is a SCAM!!! – likely by the D********e C***l to confiscate your money. As I understand it, Quantum Financial Accounts will be set up for you for free when you go to your appointment at an official Redemption Center, notification of which will be sent to everyone after the EBS goes off.

Possible Timing:

• At 9am Iraqi Time on Sat. 13 Sept. 2025 the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq announced on TV that the Iraqi Dinar had revalued and would officially go live on Sun. 14 Sept. 2025.

• Redemption Centers were already open and had been exchanging those in Tier3.

• Markets and Redemption Centers would be open for the general public on Mon. 15 Sept. 2025. We wait notification, expected by text or email.

• On Oct 1, 2025 text and email notifications begin for the general public to set up their bank accounts on the new Quantum System. Redemption windows open in phases.

• Jan. 1 2026: “The great reset is not coming, it’s already here. Nesara Gesara will be fully implemented by Jan. 1 2026.” …President Trump

Judy Note: WARNING: The below video appeared to be put out to invite Dinar and Dong Holders to exchange with Chase, Wells Fargo and HSBC banks, rather than at official Redemption Centers. Be aware that you would likely receive a lower exchange rate at a bank than you would if you made an appointment at an official Redemption Center (we have not yet received information on Redemption Center appointments, but expect it very soon). My own summary of the information on the above video:

• The banks involved were Chase, Wells Fargo and HSBC.

• There were 190 Bank Redemption Centers across the US which opened for Dong and Dinar exchanges on Mon. 15 2025.

• People would have 3-7 days to do Dong and Dinar exchanges at these Bank Centers.

• These banks were sending out invitations by email to certain people so they could make appointments to exchange with them. Those emails contained a QR Code and NDA document.

• Though it was not recommended, people could go to the bank and exchange without an appointment.

• When you go to exchange at a bank, take your valid Dinar or Dong (counterfeit Dinar or Dong would result in confiscation, plus you would not be allowed to exchange currencies), government ID, proof of ownership of your Dinar and Dong, your QR Code and NDA document.

• The signing of an NDA document was for those who wished the Contract Rate. That rate was higher, but required certain restrictions such as a 90 day silence on your exchange information and participation in Humanitarian Projects. If the NDA was broken, you stood at risk of losing your exchange monies.

• On Sept. 18 there would be Wealth Management workshops to teach you how to invest with them.
