Maybe I can put out some info for everyone to understand as I may be on the higher level of being a Layman than many, but I still don’t know much just as most of you still don’t to really understand as this is also hearsay on my part.
I just see what others are reporting on and put my point of view on it for many to understand and many may disagree with it or worse, thus it is more on hearsay as I am just a third party to it all if I don’t see it myself in reality.
Judy is putting together what others say besides what she has collected, so hers may not be absolute fact as many others may not be either as things never show up as they said they were going to.
I will try to give you my hearsay Layman’s Terms of what I think will be happening in the QFS, but it may be like many of you, primarily like those that are still teenagers that get inside of an 18-wheeler and try to drive it without knowing all about what to do to even drive it, as I have the real experience of it, like how do you drive with a 13 speed manual transmission or what not to do as to drive up or down an icy hill without putting chains on and how to do that too.
Chris Marcus at Arcadia Economics speaks on the $2,000 Tariff dividend of what Trump directly said about it on Truth Social. So this is not a misnomer of the $2,000 Tariff ‘dividend,’ but it not a stimulus check.
It has been coming out in numerous places this week that Trump will be giving out $2,000 to everyone soon, but how will it really be done and from where are those funds coming from. This is not a Congressional bill that was passed into law, but just some funds seized by the White House from other government entities that truly belong to We The People.
Well, it may not be just from Tariffs, but from the DOGE and other confiscated funds from the DS that has not been reported in the news media or from the private reporters. Trump is trying to keep most of this confidential to not make it like he took it all and the National Debt has already been cleared.

Trump doesn’t want another lawsuit on himself, but he spreads the funds to everyone to make We The People happy and not have Congress keep those funds for themselves in their NGOs. If you have a Representative that complains about this then maybe they should be voted out at the midterms.
The Quantum Financial System is at a whole other level of financing, as like going from the horse and buggy days to the automobile transportation as you must have seen those old films where they commingled with the pedestrians and no painted lines on the streets and no stop signs nor signals.
These funds will not be at any physical bank, credit union or financial institution, but it will be at the New USA Republic Treasury under close security for none of these financial entities to shut down, go bankrupt and take all your funds for you to lose everything.
Now let’s get to it that the $2,000 Tariff ‘dividend’ should be coming into our present personal accounts, like those that receive Social Security or Unemployment Benefits, as the US government knows what accounts we have and tracks us with our SSN as they already have access to our bank / credit union accounts.
I may be one of the first to receive this $2,000 as I am in the 61+ group and already receive monthly SS Benefits so it is real easy for them to send it to me personally.
There should not be some type of thoughts we have to make on our own frequency for these transactions. Does the US Government work on mind control to make this happen?
QFS is on a higher level of security and transmission of funds rather than the normal means of what it is today as with SWIFT for international, the normal bank wires for domestic or the private companies with their own means for the transfer of funds along with the government’ or employer’ direct deposits, as there cannot be any hackers at this time until some find out how to do it, but be blocked before it happens.

Zelle with Wells Fargo, MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal and others may go out of business if there is no need to use them if We The People can transfer from our own QFS Account directly with someone else’s Account without the capability to then gain access to their Account. However there will still need to be some bank accounts for businesses and they will have to be updated to deal with the QFS.
No more insurance or credit card companies needed as our own QFS Account will have enough funds in it to have the collateral to make any transactions or for liability for accidents and medical care. The wrongdoers cannot take advantage of you as they should have their own QFS Account unless they are on bad terms with the courts and denied a QFS Account.
It is like a whole new wave length of vibes to figure everything out as some older people, or people in general, don’t use a computer or cell phone and don’t want the hassle with them.
We shouldn’t be getting into the Star Trek type mode of transferring funds, but the funds will be there as given back to you from your BC / CoLB as a bond and all the unlawful taxes, credit interest and loan funds taken from you.
The White Hats have already figured that out for you and you don’t have to make any request for some missing funds unless you did it in private, which you may not get it back, but you will have millions anyways so don’t worry.
The bad people on the streets may have issues when they find out that they are going out of business with them having no QFS Account and no more customers to deal with them and the violations hopefully will be going down hill as they will be c****t and taken away.
There should be minimal documentation soon on how all this QFS works and not just hearsay from everyone. It should not be like knowing the complete IRS code and hiring a CPA to know what you can or cannot do with your QFS Account funds or how much is in there.
Maybe read up here on what I have said in the past as I could be repeating myself on some issues or you missed something.
