Tony is saying Monday or Tuesday of next week, with things being worked out this weekend.
Someone with a bank appointment this morning was told to come back on Monday. Rates are even higher than we expect, they were told at the bank. These were all high-net-worth accounts and the banks are calling them directly.
They are really excited about the Agro cheques, with rates higher than we expected.
Tony believes that the RV was waiting on the events in Venezuela. There is still action expected “the other way.”
Tony says he gets his information from people involved in the situation, from D*******s and Republicans, (Yawn …) so he “knows what is going on.”
Tony is explaining what is going on. I’m not reporting that.
Tony likes that Trump has said there will be so much more money in Venezuela, because that means the RV rate for the VES will be higher.
Tony says this has held us up. Will it hold us up more? Do we have to wait for regime change?
No, because “We’re going to run the country.”

The Vice-President of Venezuela has said she will do what the US wants. But Tony says she has gone on TV and said differently but she is just talking to her people and doing what she has to do.
She said, basically, “Everything’s okay, everything’s under control.”
Tony got a Live update from the IMF and they still think it’s going to be Monday.
“High-level people are dragging their feet.” They are currently in meetings.
Tony believes (and it sounds like he is saying the IMF also thinks this) that “some people in this
Administration don’t want us to have this money.” He’s not naming names but says it’s about the “haves and the have-nots” but “we’ll work it out anyway.”
The banks think it’s Monday or Tuesday. They called people in yesterday and this morning and explained to them all the terms and conditions, all the benefits they will be given. The person who went in this morning was told to call the bank on Monday.
One banker said it would be another six months, “then looked at his computer and said, ‘Oh, it’s here! It’s already here!'”
