As long as Trump allows FinCEN to be part of the US Treasury then We The People cannot do business with transacting large sums of money thru the banking system.
This is not declared a tax so Trump can get by with this happening as the fees are a bureaucratic red tape issue that FinCEN can declare whatever amount they want to collect on and the amount of their fee.
The Financial C****s Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury that collects and analyzes information about financial transactions to combat domestic and international money laundering, t*******t financing, and other financial c****s. https://www.fincen.gov/
This deals with anything over $3,000 for anyone to make sure they are not involved with the wrongful use of those funds, but fees get paid to FinCEN for just a profit and not really any investigating. This is like replacing the IRS!
I bring this up as me and my friend are trying to make a living and have been stalled numerous times in dealing with the movement of funds here in the USA and across the world which our paperwork and the other parties have complied with for the transfer of the funds, but even now FinCEN has made a second request for a fee from the same transfer of funds. Their first investigation was not complete enough with the original fee?
When is this going to end and are We The People going to have to pay out to FinCEN to make sure our lawful QFS funds can actually be given to us and we not use it in any wrongful matters? Those fees must be paid first!
