The Iraq Stock Exchange is pleased to invite you to attend the meeting scheduled to be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 22, 2026, in the Main Station Hall.
Approximately one year ago, the Securities Commission launched the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Standards Guide for companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
And following the Securities Commission’s approval of granting the Corporate Governance Training and Consulting License for Directors, effective December 17, 2025
We invite you to attend the meeting and listen to the presentation by the Governance for Directors Foundation (GloD) regarding the training programs for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards for companies, which will be organized during 2026. We also request coordination with the Market Studies and Training Center to begin training your employees on how to implement the guide and to start organizing the company’s operations in accordance with the standards contained therein, so that the company can submit the mandatory reports to the Authority within the specified deadlines.
