Please do not worry about any paper FRNs you may have or the numbers in your present accounts as it is the US Dollar that has the value, but the paper FRN will finally be worthless in SIX Months per the NESARA Law not all on April Fools Day 2026.
Just as people will have time to exchange their foreign currency with the US Dollar or FRN then the same goes for the FRN to the USTN.
This will have to take place or else Trump has to push for a digital currency ASAP and then that will put all the locals, street vendors and homeless to have bank accounts, but then their excuse would be is you are to have your QFS Wallet accessibility as of Midnight Tues. 31 Mar. or else you get nothing?
Law enforcement will not have ANY authority to make arrests after Wed. 1 Apr., 2026 for anyone using the FRN and not using the New USTN or else sport stadiums will have to open up to detain those arrested, like possible 10 million people the first day.
Look at this closely:

There has been no mention so far that the US Senate has passed HR 7741 or even Trump signing it into law so we can still wait.
If HR 7741 is already law without Trump signing it then other things can be law and put in place without the US Senate approving of them like the $2,000 Tariff dividends to We The People.

Who will have all the banks, credit unions, financial institutions and all the retailers and businesses to have the USTNs on hand to do business when they open up on Wed. 1 Apr.? IMPOSSIBLE if not known by the general public on Tuesday!
The wrongdoers that have hoards of cash stashed away, as if in trunks or on pallets, it will be hard to move if they want to exchange them as no other countries will allow them to be exchanged in mass if the USTN is the New USA currency and the New USA Republic Treasury will be keeping accounting of all where the USTNs will be going and not printing facilities around the world.
