Our military intel contact said yes, the German bonds and Yellow Dragon bonds and other types have begun paying out earlier this week in HK, Zurich, etc, and today Thu 6 May as of 5:35 pm EST they were paying out; he said But those bonds are the main bonds, upper level bonds with multiple zeroes in the redemption proceeds, and those main upper level bond payouts were planned to support release of funds globally to us in T4B and all other tiers, after the main bonds are done being processed and paid out next 24+ hours; he said stay ready for T4B notifications any time through weekend—that’s his current best info; he said he would update more later.
