“Stand and Deliver” – The Office of POOFness Weekly Report – 5.24.21

” The Office of Poofness “

Stand and Deliver
by Eric Clapton

Stand and deliver
You let them put the fear on you
Stand and deliver
But not a word you heard was true
But if there’s nothing you can say
There may be nothing you can do

Do you wanna be a free man
Or do you wanna be a slave?
Do you wanna be a free man
Or do you wanna be a slave?
Do you wanna wear these chains
Until you’re lying in the grave?

I don’t wanna be a pauper
And I don’t wanna be a prince
I don’t wanna be a pauper
And I don’t wanna be a prince
I just wanna do my job
Playing the blues for friends

Magna Carta, Bill of Rights
The constitution, what’s it worth?
You know they’re gonna grind us down, ah
Until it really hurts
Is this a sovereign nation
Or just a police state?
You better look out, people
Before it gets too late
You wanna be your own driver
Or keep on flogging a dead horse?
You wanna be your own driver
Or keep on flogging a dead horse?
Do you wanna make it better
Or do you wanna make it worse?

Stand and deliver
You let them put the fear on you
Slow down the river
But not a word of it was true
If there’s nothing you can say
There may be nothing you can do

Stand and deliver
Stand and deliver
Dick Turpin wore a mask too

Greetings and Salutations,

I wish that good news was all that we ever had to put forth; it WILL be a mighty big day for all when that day comes. The job isn’t finished yet. There is a lot of under the rug cleaning going on and many skirmishes yet afoot and a lot more folks to be corralled and put out of harm’s way, both for them and for you. There are plenty of workers doing the rearranging and calling forth the ways to shut down the power brokers who are still afoot.

You won’t see funds for awhile yet. You have made it this far, what’s another couple weeks or so. Who knows what it will take to take down the rest of the crooked crowd and their tribe of wannabes… no one really knows. The situation is much too fluid.

“Free will” being what it is, there are all kinds of skirmishes afoot. The needs of the loyal workers also have to be considered. They aren’t to work 7 days straight and then do 7 more. They need time to regroup and to make room for their own family life. This is not a 24/7 operation…..

I know so many wish the RV would happen to give so many some relief. The RV will happen soon enough but it won’t be the real big bucks so many are hearing.

Please stay away from despair, the clean up is taking and has taken far more time that was original thought…

Love and Kisses,

Dear Community,

Once a highly successful businessman, running a health insurance company was getting ready to go to his office. When he reached into his car and opened a door, a stray dog sleeping under his car suddenly came out and bit on his leg! The businessman got very angry and quickly picked up a few rocks and threw at the dog but none hit the dog. The dog ran away.

Upon reaching his office, the businessman calls a meeting of his managers and during the meeting he puts the anger of dog on them. The managers also get upset by the anger of their boss and they put their anger to the employees working under them. The chain of this reaction keeps going till the lower level of employees and finally, the anger reaches to the office peon.

Now, there was no one working under the peon! So, after the office time is over, he reaches his home, and wife opens the door. She asked him, “Why are you so late today?” The peon upset due to anger threw at him by the staff, gives one slap to his wife! And says, “I didn’t go to the office to play football, I went to work so don’t irritate me with your stupid questions!”

So, now the wife got upset that she got a scolding plus a slap for no reason. She puts her anger on his son who was watching tv and give him a slap, “This is all you do, you have no interest in studying! Turn off the TV now!”

The son gets upset now! He walks out of his house and sees a dog passing by looking at him. He picks up a rock and hits the dog in his anger and frustration. The dog, getting hit by a rock, runs away barking in pain.

This was the same dog that bit the businessman early morning.

Moral: This was bound to happen. Reap as one has sown. This is how the life works. While we all worry about hell and heaven based on our deeds, we should concentrate more on how we are living and behaving. Do good, Good will come, Do Wrong, Wrong will come.

PP Update:

Poof left the physical world 8 years ago yesterday. His promise to the prosperity program community was to never leave them until all had received there blessing. He continues to honor his promise weekly in Poof SaId…

The PP update continues to be consistent: the clean up continues …..

One has to ask themselves, why would we anyone want to actually expand a government that is so inefficient? Why would anyone vote to give more control of our lives to the government?

In theory the only source of revenue for the U.S. Treasury is taxes. If you think about how almost everything is taxed one would think they could come up with enough money to effectively run the country. But there are two major issues. Wasteful government spending and stupid tax laws that make no sense and are un-collectable.

Goggle “government wasteful spending” sometime and get some idea of the over the top wasteful shit this government spends money on. How about a 5 million grant to establish that a snail moves slower when it’s sick? (That happened). I don’t have enough time or energy to list the stupidity. Just on what one could find on the internet in government
waste. But when added up, it is MASSIVE!

Imposed taxes that have no way of being collected is like laws that cannot or are not enforced. What is the point of a law that has no penalty or enforcement?

In the U.S. We call it the “tax gap”. The tax gap is the difference between taxes legally owed and revenue collected. It represents underreported income, underpayment of taxes owed and exaggeration of claimed tax breaks such as deductions and credits. Currently, and projected for years to come, the tax gap will exceed $1 trillion per year. When you consider that the U.S. budget, during normal times, runs a little over $4 trillion per year, those uncollected taxes are close to 25% of it.

Again, in theory, the fix it is simple, instead of “tax breaks and deductions” a “flat tax”. Instead of taxing people that can’t afford it and not taxing those that can, everyone pays the exact same amount. In other words illuminate the tax code.

Did you know that the actual federal tax code is literally over 6 feet high? The current Federal tax code is 74,608 pages long.

The tax statues were re-codified by Congress on Feb 10th 1939 (to later be known as “the Internal Revenue Code of 1939”). It would again be altered on Aug 16, 1954. In the first 26 years of the federal income tax, the tax code grew from 400 pages to only 504 pages. Even through Franklin Roosevelt’s “New Deal”, the tax code was well under 1000 pages. World War II made the length of the tax code balloon to 8200 pages. By 1984 the tax code had grown to 26,300 pages long. From 1984 to 1995 it grew to 40,500 pages. From 1995 (40,500 pages) to the present it is now over 75,000 pages long.

From 1984 to 1992 we had republican administrations. From 1993 to 2000 we had a democrat administration. From 2001 to 2008 we good old George W’s republican administration. Then came Obama. From 2010 (when Obamacare was passed) to 2014 the tax code grew by nearly 3,000 more pages.

Trump, like him or not, was the first president in thirty years who actually overhauled the “tax code” eliminating tax confusion to the public. Adding less than 60 pages to the tax code which were primary all tax cuts.

It doesn’t take a genius to see which party adds pages to the tax code. But it does take a genius to understand it. Taxes are increased to pay for something just what that “something” is, is where the tire meets the road. How and on what our government spends our money has little to no oversight. They need more taxes because they spent the last patch on stupid shit, like sick snails or figuring out what part of the body a bee sting hurts the worst (Yes that too was a $3 million thing).

You could cut taxes 50% or more and put more disposable income in the public’s pockets by a simple tax code that can be simply collected, from everyone, and quit the wasteful spending. Follow the rule of Forest Gump “stupid is as stupid does”. Somebody figure out how to fix stupid.
