The last given Rial rate was 3.67 last week. Its been strange that on bank screens it has been higher than dinar.
The Rial has been showing rates on bank screens for sometime. Crazy to me but a lot of activity must be going on IMHO if the IQN RVs without Rial moving some up it will cause havoc

believe it is a good sign IRial is on screens and moving :UP:… close to 50% of Iraq’s reserves is in VND and we should see the out the gate rate for VND go UP to, which supports higher high rates(contract as they say)

Samir Hawrami, a spokesman for the Vice President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, confirmed, on Tuesday, that the final touches are being put to the implementation of the budget agreement with Baghdad.
Hawrami told the “Information” agency that “it is likely that another Kurdish delegation will visit Baghdad, in order to meet with the technical committees in the federal government to agree on a joint formula on the implementation of the budget agreement.”
He added that “the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government has expressed full readiness to implement the agreement regarding the delivery of the agreed upon quantities of oil, and there is no objection from the region in this regard.”
A Kurdish delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, visited Baghdad recently and held a series of meetings regarding the discussion on the implementation of the budget agreement. link
