Hi all,
After reading Bob L. posts, I decided to check the local market here in Australia. To my surprise I found that a lot of properties just disappeared. Even expensive ones are not on the market anymore.
When just a few months ago there were plenty, now it’s just a few.
It is either Bob L. is right with his theory or super rich just buying all properties like crazy, trying to invest their money in something substantial in uncertain times.
