The budget deficit has been completely covered; decision of the Finance Committee

“…confirmed today, Sunday, that the deficit in the budget has been fully covered.”

“the Ministry of Finance no longer has any justification for not releasing allocations, bonuses and upgrades after the economic improvement as a result of the rise in global oil prices.”

In other words payments need to be made now, imo. If they have ample money to make up the difference in the 2021 budget , then they have no reason to keep the exchange rate to the dollar so low, nor not paying the contractors at the Port of Faw, nor not implementing the automation at the said borders… We all know they are not going into the private sector with a program rate, nor will they have a need to digitately clear trade through the BUNA System, etc., without an internationally accepted Article 8 compliant currency…. imo… ~ MM
