Are property taxes on land going to be eliminated by NESARA, given that it is a national act, while property taxes are assessed by the county? Wouldn’t states’ rights prohibit any intervention by NESARA at the local level? (in the United States, that is.)
Also, what will happen to tax liens that have been purchased by third parties on particular parcels of land having outstanding tax debt due to the county? I’ve heard that under NESARA the allodial title is to be returned to the original landowner, so what would happen to a tax lien that has been purchased by someone else through the county recorder, with intent to foreclose and acquire the land after the required three years have passed without it being redeemed?
Can anyone answer these questions? Thank you very much in advance.
