Holly Wednesday RV News:
The Fines and Penalties were not released last night but are to go today I am told. The bonds will be paid after the F&Ps go.
For those who are not familiar with the fines and penalties and what they are: there are certain groups that went to court to and won their case.
These are Cmkx, farm claims and the prosperity groups. Since their court order mandated they are to be paid, every single day they have not been paid they have incurred a fine and penalty that they have not been paid.
They must be paid first before anyone else. Once they are paid this gets the ball rolling for everyone else.
D1&2 are still not liquid yet. The adjudicated funds must be paid as well. I am told today is a big day 7/7! It is our new Independence Day!
This is a transition not a transaction. Never, ever give up.
