Holly..you might had explained about D1-3 before. But give it again. Why Dubai ? The United Emirates..don’t produce a lot of petroleum..but is the largest shipping ports. It really has no GNP of exports. So why is Dubai so important for whatever the reason to be funded..and who made it so.
