Judy Note: I have learned that the new currency rates were not locked in on Mon. as previously reported and therefore my post about liquidity flow was not true. The reason why our Military Intel Contact gave us this misinformation was unknown.
I have come to believe that us in Tier 4B, the Internet Group, would see liquidity sometime right before or during catastrophic events that were about to happen, perhaps as early as this Fri. 27 Aug. and ending 17 days later on 9/11.

Even more important, we all needed to prepare with at least three weeks of foods and goods storage for a shortage that appeared to be set to begin on that same Fri. 27 Aug.
I do know that the RV release happened when Iraq RV’d on Mon. 16 Aug. at 6am when Iraq notified their people in the mosques, TV and digital phones that they had a new rate for the IQD. There were multiple confirmations that the Iraqi Dinar In-Country Rate was $3.85, while the Iraqi Dinar International Rate was $19.80.
I do believe that there was a World Court mandate deadline of Wed. 25 Aug. RV related issues such as NESARA/GESARA, Restored Republic and transition to Constitutional Law MUST be finished by Trump and the military by that Wed. 25 Aug. On Sat-Sun 7-8 Aug Trump and the Military started a major sweep of Cabal arrests and by World Court mandate, they must be finished by Wed. 25 Aug.
