What Kazemi and the CBI are doing right now is for the citizens. The international world as you can see in the articles…already know about the monetary reform because Kazemi is opening the doors for the economic reform. You couldn’t have it 2 or 3 years ago because you didn’t have the monetary reform which means you didn’t have Article VIII to protect those investors. Everybody knows about the monetary reform because they will open the doors to economic reform. They will put a profit not only in Iraq but in the pockets of investors that are dying to come in because they are well secured under Article VIII…
