As Good As Gold Australia
Oct 16, 2021

In this intriguing interview with precious metals and finance icon, Bill Holter from JSMineset.com, Darryl and Brian Panes from As Good As Gold Australia ask the question, ‘Where to from here?’

We have cities and states in lock-down, border closures, business closures and a global pandemic reeking havoc on the economy.

The stock markets and property markets however, are at historical all time highs. Has the world gone mad where fundamentals are completely ignored?

Inflation is clearly not transitory and we now see escalating prices in food, energy and real estate, and this is only the beginning.

Is the FEDs toolbox empty? They’re out of bullets when it comes to interest rates.

They can’t go to negative real rates, and a rate increase of 1% would add US$300 Billion to their own annual interest obligations.

So that leaves the printing press as their only option. And we know what that means…

China has now in excess of 20,000 tonne of gold.

If they mark up their gold reserves and repair their balance sheet, they may be able to save the devastated US$5 Trillion Chinese property sector. Once again gold to the rescue.

As Bill emphasizes, ‘You can’t create wealth by printing currency.

YOU NEED TO BE HOLDINGS GOLD!

That’s the only asset on the balance sheet that can create wealth by changing the price.’

Maybe 20,000 tonne of gold is enough for a changing of the guard.SHOW LESS
