INTRODUCTION:
I’m in FREE-WILL Communication, Coordination and Co-Operation with RA’AN.
On the Morning of 30 September 2021, RA’AN and myself Talked and We came to the Mutual Conclusion that it Would be for the GREATEST GOOD FOR ALL THAT IS, For RA’AN to Talk To You Directly.

“WE GREET YOU IN THE LOVE LIGHT OF THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR.
“We can Only Reveal As Much As We Can Reveal, in Keeping with the Principles of the GREATEST GOOD FOR ALL THAT IS, And of RESPECTING FREE-WILL, and The Logical Extensions of These.
“But If We are FREE-WILL Asked Just the Right Questions, We can Reveal a Bit More, as Then FREE-WILL Allows it, Provided it is For THE GREATEST GOOD FOR ALL THAT IS, to Reveal a Bit More.
“Raanra ‘Interrogated’ Us with Some Smart Questioning, and as a Result We Could Let the ‘Cat Out of the Bag’ on Some Stuff that We ‘Normally’ Could Not Have Revealed.
“Because We Already Could let the ‘Cat Out of the Bag’ for Raanra, We Can tell You More Too, But Limited to the Following:
“The LOWER LEVEL ALLIANCE Is In what Raanra calls ‘A Royal Mess,’ In Terms of Conflicting Intentions of Moving, Or Not Moving Forward.
“The Intention of Moving Forward with Events, – Including Public Events Towards RV, etc; – Is Opposed by the Intention of Not Moving Forward.
“Because of the Internal Legal Structure of LOWER LEVEL ALLIANCE, This has Resulted in what Raanra Calls ‘A Royal Mess,’ i.e. a Situation where Pretty Much Nothing Major Moves Forward Anymore, and which is Not Likely to get Resolved Any Time Soon, under the Existing Galactic Laws of Non-Interference.
“But the Galactic Laws of Non-Interference are Not Totally Rigid; They Allow for Judgement Calls and Possible ‘Interference,’ in Very Special Circumstances.
“We are in a Position of Making Such Judgement Calls, But of Course Only In Full Agreement with and In Service Of THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR, If We Are Specifically Asked to Do So.
“If Enough of You Specifically Ask Enough for This, We Could Make Such a Judgement Call and Possibly Authorize The GALACTIC FEDERATION OF WORLDS, Or Somebody Else, to Directly Interfere to Resolve This Specific Matter.
“That’s All We Can Say at This Point and it is Up to You, If You Want to Do Something with this Information, or Not.
“Raanra is Basically Maxed Out and Will Not be Able to Pull This Off on Her Own, – Not Anytime Soon Anyway.
“WE LEAVE YOU IN THE LOVE LIGHT OF THE ONE INFINITE CREATOR.
