Hello IDC!
TOMORROW is VETERAN’S DAY 2021. A day of remembrance of those who have given their time in service of our country. Some who have given their lives literally on the field of battle, as well as those who have left the service of our country’s uniformed services to be live and serve in the private sector. A day of appreciation for those who have served, and those who are serving who when they depart the services will continue to serve, to stand at the ready to defend our nation should it need their help.
Take some time tomorrow or any day for that matter to thank a Veteran for making sure your life is better in some way. It’s important for them to know that you appreciate their service to our country. It’s important for them to know that they made some kind of a difference in your life here. It’s just important for them to know you care. It makes us proud of how we’ve served, and it makes us know that you’ll be here burning the home fires should we be called into service once again.
There has been much talk of the exchanges opening tomorrow the 11th for currency exchanging. That will not happen because tomorrow is a National Holiday and since the exchanging will all be done through banks, those banks are closed tomorrow. I wish the people who made these things up would keep their stories straight as this has been the same each and every Veteran’s Day for the past 15 years that they have been promising the exchanging to be done. That being said, I have no control over what they’re saying. There are times when I wish I did, but that would force me to be accurate more than I am.
I will share that there is talk of this coming Black Friday to be a day of great interest for all in the DINAR communities. Why? We’ll have to wait and see exactly, but even my contacts have said that “the day after Thanksgiving may be a day of great promise”. Thank goodness it falls on a Friday and not Saturday, otherwise I’d have to remind them about banks early hours on Saturdays.
I want to say a special THANK YOU to all of the VETERAN’s who are part of the DINAR COMMUNITIES across this planet. THANK YOU my brothers & sisters for serving in the Armed Forces of whatever Nation you served. We all follow the orders of those above us when we are in these outfits. You did your best, You came home, you’re here now, you deserve to be honored and thanked for your time in. So from me to you, I offer a SALUTE & SINCERE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE & Have a BLESSED VETERAN’S DAY.
