Whales, Bond Holders and representatives from three different Chinese Elders families were presently in Reno (home of the new US Treasury) where they were holding ongoing meetings.

On Tues. 16 Nov. one such meeting that went into the wee hours of the morning, took place between some Chinese Elders and the Military, DOD and DOJ. Based on Paymaster reports from that meeting everyone was now waiting on a transfer of super funds from Dubi 1 and 2 into working capital with no restrictions on the 23 Master Accounts that could then send out funds on Fri.19 Nov.

Since Mon. 8 Nov. Historic Bonds have been paying out and would continue through the end of the month. Those who have received spendable monies were getting advancements from the banks. On Sat. 13 Nov. 2021 Coach Wes Bastie wrote, “My sources included a 30 year Pentagon veteran, Contact on the top floor of the US Treasury, a General, an Admiral, plus a Contact at the Rodriguez Trust. They all reported their opinion of the Global Currency Reset as: “Not this week (ending Sat. 13 Nov), maybe next week and likely the one after that (the week of Wed. 24 Nov).”

• On Thurs. 18 Nov. there was scheduled a worldwide test of the Emergency Broadcast System – the same day as the Central Banks were set to fail – with official default by Wed. 15 Dec.
• Coronal Hole 20 will be rotating into an Earth-facing position in about two days. We might be able to anticipate that a coronal hole high speed stream (CHHSS) from CH20 may also bring some KP4 activity about 3 days after facing Earth (Nov 21 +/-72 hours = Wed. 24 Nov.) In other words, expect disruption of the Internet around Wed. 24 Nov.
