Our bank firm gentleman are constantly meeting with the CBI because they own banks and have to be updated. They just had some meetings in the last few days with the CBI and it is a possibility that a certain value and a certain note count of the 3 zero notes that the Iraqi citizens are using right now in the Iraqi banks are soon not to return into circulation inside of the country of Iraq…when they pull out the 3-zero notes from the Iraqi banks that’s when these 3-zero notes will be replaced with the new small category notes.
What about the new rate? We don’t know when the new rate will be released because these meeting have not stipulated a date of when the new small category notes will be put into circulation…IOO the date for them to give the Iraqi citizens the new small category notes and the new rate is a date in titanium. It exists. It is a definite date… Right now the education is with the new small category notes and the new exchange rate. The citizens of Iraq just have not received it in their hands to walk with it in their streets because the education is still going on.
