For decades some high tax bracket individuals have considered Charitable planning generating higher returns for life.
What is about to be introduced to the world is Nesara in the USA. The one key component of Nesara is no federal tax. Charitable gift planning generating lifetime gifts sole purpose is to save 40++% in tax, intern generating higher lifetime income for life. Does it work for those creating a charitable trust? It can if you are a giver and want to give up control of your money ?????
If you understand Nesara, the whole purpose is to “eliminate” federal tax.
So if you eliminated federal tax , “charitable planning will be obsolete” in its current form”. There will be no tax saving having a charitable trust in any form . If you do gift to charity thinking you save taxes , you will be giving 100% to charity with zero benefit other than a big heart giving 100% away. To be clear , it is wonderful to give to charity as long as you understand there is no tax benefit and you lose 100% control.
As I have stated before – most advisors have no real clue of the big picture of Nesara let alone what Nesara is?? Nesara will change how we do business, invest, file taxes in the US / World as we know it today. Advisors will be advising on old / current rules of today to make money. That is all they know and you will pay the price with big fees especially charitable planning. I have seen CPA’s , trust attorneys work in random generate $10’s of $1,000 in set up and annual fees with charitable trust.
You will need a CPA , Attorney and financial advisor that understands Nesara and very few will. Be careful, what is coming is No Federal Tax under Nesara , No Inheritance Tax, No Gift tax No , No , Be careful>
An advisor that is willing to s*******e fees for the good of humanity is your true Advisor .
