Dear Highlander, your Guest Post is Inconceivable and Inconsistency I fully support.
The problem we have with information posted that can be conflicting is not at the fault of the publisher, what is printed is some ones view not always correct and somewhat disjointed..
We have to have faith and believe that on the 29 December 2021 the UN will actually move to publish RV rates to the public effective 31 December 2021.
We do not have much more time to wait for the RV being finally proven to be fact.
