If we Dinar holders have to rely on Janet Yellen to allow the new Iraqi international rate to be published on the Forex as stated by N Fleming on his latest outburst than we are in deep doo-doo!
So it looks like to this observer anyway as a long s**t for the RV to occur for Americans waiting to exchange.
