[Does the CBI need to set the dinar rate before we get the RV?]
They will have. Keep in mind that when Kuwait changed their rate …we did not see it posted at their central bank until people were already exchanging…they had tried to hide it for about 10 days…So we may not see it at the CBI at first…but we also might…Keep in mind when Kuwait went there was no internet and they could hide it…in today’s day and age with the internet and social media…they may not be able to…we will have to see how it plays out.
It was exceptionally quiet overnight. I am not hearing a thing except groups still believe they are being funded tomorrow evening or Friday. These are large Tier 3 and 4a groups that have aggregated currencies already. All I can say is I am hopeful. We appear to be right at “Crunch time” and need to see it happen…We are all sitting at the edge of our seats waiting for solid news.
[I talked to an Iraqi Native in Kentucky last night, he said his family in Iraq sees the REER ( real effective exchange rate) will be changed back to an acceptable rate, for the poor Iraqi people, any day now!]
It is common when taking with Iraqis…they know they will soon have this…They know how this works.

Today’s Iraqi Federal Court decision appears to confirm previous parliamentary session was legit giving Al-Sadr now the momentum to move forward and begin to create a new government.

The courts have ruled the first parliamentary session was considered constitutional therefore it continues. This is a good sign. Now that Halbousi has been nominated and has been voted in as the President of Parliament they turned about and they nominated Salih to be the president of Iraq…It looks like Salih is going to become the president of Iraq barring any other issues.

When the Iraqi dinar goes back onto the international market it’s going to be an internationally recognized currency/a tradable currency so we’re going to be able to take our Iraqi dinar down to a Forex bank (you’d have to look up your area which one actually trade foreign currency) and you’ll see the IQD – the Iraqi dinar. You’ll be able to exchange it at the going rate…and I don’t think there’s going to be a prior rate to the public.

FRANK: the REER.
FIREFLY: They’re saying that they are losing billions a day by not having the true value…he’s saying that Iraq is a stable society and we have security and we have just signed an economic meeting with Saudi Arabia but doing all these things without a true real value is basically useless to the Iraqis and to our nation. The time has come to show the real value to the world so Iraq can grow.

This is a government process. This is going to go through a series of things they’ve got to accomplish. They did get Kuwait taken care of…we are in a really good position for this to come to fruition...

IMO the formal training of all the banks has been completed whether in Iraq or outside of Iraq…they are telling you it would be done in the early part of this year. You see article after article after article telling you the very same thing…
