Integrity Announces The Arrest Of Khanaqin Executive Director In The Act Of Embezzling Funds

An informed source said today, Friday, that the Integrity Commission’s investigation office in Diyala Governorate managed to arrest the director of the Khanaqin E*******n Directorate for embezzling funds from debtors.
The source told Earth News, “A seizure team affiliated with the Integrity Commission in Diyala, and after obtaining an arrest warrant from the Baquba Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, arrested the director of Khanaqin Implementation Directorate Kaveh Amer Mustafa red-handed for embezzling sums of money after receiving them from debtors and not delivering them to creditors.”
The source added that “the seizure process was carried out according to a judicial seizure memorandum within the provisions of Article 315 of the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969.” LINK
