How are we to send bank wires if the SWIFT system is down?

Well just use MoneyGram or Western Union, but they are based on your credit score and they have their own options of why you cannot use them as they are private companies as a friend of mine has been denied, and the same goes for other wire systems, and they rely on the present Central Banking System.

There must be a way to send a bank wire, and if the SWIFT system is down then We The People would know exactly when the QFS and TDAs are to be working and that is to be working with everyone and not just those that have had the currency exchanges.

The SWIFT Code is necessary to send the bank wire, but if they no longer work then another option in QFS has to be available, and We The People just cannot wait around as we have for the QFS, currency exchanges and NESARA to start to then have a new code in the QFS to send a bank wire when it is to be kept secret on all this change, and the receiver of this wire needs to know as we need to know their wire code to send it.
