[After they change their rate. How long after do we go?]

I hear we are immediate…right after they change the rate.

What Is Required From The Federal General Budget For 2022

Quote:
In previous budgets, all budgets were item budgets, completely copying the ones that preceded them, with one thing changing, which is the price of a barrel, which will be the basis for calculating the volume of spending and the deficit and therefore the amount of money that is borrowed. Except last year, the budget included something else, which is the exchange rate of the US dollar against Iraqi dinar.

A statement from the Finance regarding raising the value of the Iraqi dinar

Quote:
“…on March 14, the Federal Supreme Court will host Allawi and the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, following a lawsuit demanding the strengthening of the dinar.”

What is the probability that this [reinstatement] will happen?  It’s not very high because of all the different factors that feed into the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar.  But as far as the revaluing, if they could just stay out of trouble and continue to move forward like they have been and start rebuilding that country and focusing on the people there’s great hope that you’ll see an RV happen more than one time and eventually it’ll get up there to where we would like it to be that’s for sure.

I still think it’s going to be in increments.  There’s a part of me that still feels like there is going to be a change to the rate in this budget.  A small one, not major.  I think they’re going to go back to the original.  I’d like to see better but Iraq has come a long way over the…last year and a half especially…Don’t give up hope… Newbies you didn’t have to go through the emotional rollercoaster…

Everyone in the public arena of Iraq wants to jump on the ‘I am the hero’ train.  That’s the problem with parliament and everybody wants to toot their horns. Whens the last time you’ve seen Sadr come out and say we need a new exchange rate and tell the citizens of Iraq that with his political and religious power he can bring this forth?  Just a few weeks ago.

[People think] Iraq is going to RV when they pass the 2022 budget. LOL. The only talk is to bring it back to what it was 12 months ago but that depends on the growth and success with their own economy.
