What do we still need to happen:
1. German bonds started but they need to hit a percentage of payments
2. The other bonds need to begin
3. Fines and penalties and all other settlements need to be released
4. D1&2 need to be released
5. The release for T1-4b

We have been in this holding pattern for a long time. Once the dam breaks it will happen quickly. Iraq is to announce their president on Saturday. That should move things along for them as well.
Stay strong and keep the faith. Keep working on being a better you while we wait. Never, ever give up. Holly
