“Question on Fake Zim” by Robert O – 4.20.22

Entry Submitted by Robert O at 1:06 PM ET on April 20, 2022

The first Zim I bought a few months ago were from EBay.
They appeared good (since I did not know what I was looking at),
so I purchased (8) 100T notes.

When I received them, they were said to be “Souvenir Silver & Gold” Banknotes. It included a small business card sized “Certificate of Authenticity” from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

MarkZ has said “Fake” Zim will be redeemed. He also verified to me personally that was the case.

So, Are these “Souvenir Silver & Gold” Zim redeemable for my Humanitarian projects, is my question.

I also went to other sources and bought “real” Zim 100T note for my self.

Thank you
