Starlink is in beta test mode only, it works great I am an internet installer. A ground based data center shoots the data up to the low orbit satellite constellation, they beam the signal down to the rooftop pizza size receiver. This has nothing to do with the QFS new internet roll out anyone with access to the internet by a provider will be able to get online with the QFS system, no worries. Q phones are real and I applied to become a distributor, but got turned down. Med Bed usage should be free of charge. The shift is to help and improve living conditions and it will, we are waiting on the final clean up of dirt bags. Banking has been positioned for QFS activation, there is enough digital money to cover everything promised. Have peace my friend.
