NetGlobal:
The only hope I see now is if the President and the PM can dissolve parliament…Or if the CBI just revalues the currency

Yada:
I’m expecting FSL to play out. And parliament to be resolved.

RVAlready:
Sadr has always had success with public protest. When he saw the political route was useless, he backed out. He will leave it to Kazemi and Salih to dismiss the parliament and rewrite the constitution, and prosecute the corrupt. Sadr has no interest in being a politician,

KaseyKo1:
Hopefully, we’re getting ready to see things finally unfold. “After Muqtada Al-Sadr’s Meeting, The First Comment From Sadrist’s Deputy: It’s Over.”  The resigned Sadrist MP, Haider al-Amiri, commented today, Wednesday, after the end of the meeting held by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, with his deputies in Najaf. Al-Amiri said in a brief post seen by Earth News, that “there is no going back with the corrupt, and the matter has been resolved.”

Annie68:
Would Iraq go on as before…Saleh as President and Kazimi as PM??

KaseyKo1:
That’s my understanding, yes.

NetGlobal:
I think our best outcome would be for Kazimi and Saleh to continue and they dissolve parliament. Get the budget released and the CBI RV the currency. Am I asking for too much?
