Judy Note: The Alliance has made tremendous progress on multiple levels. They try to send us messages of their victories symbolically… done so to encourage us. For example:

Restored Republics Around the Globe:
- A Worldwide Black Swan Event, Market Crash and Big Bank collapse was expected by the end of July.
- Soon to follow was Military Action that would invoke worldwide Martial Law, along with launch of the Emergency Broadcast System and a ten day lockdown of the world economy while eight hour documentary broadcast played 24/7 to inform the general public of reasons for worldwide Mass Arrests.
- It was strongly advised to obtain a three week to three month supply of food, fuel and essential items as well as cash in case of ATM and bank failure.
Global Currency Reset:
- According to Bruce Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) would receive notification, be able to set redemption and exchange appointments and begin those appointments by Wed. afternoon 27 July.
- A Contact who was in Tier 3 was notified that they would be funded late Mon. evening 25 July. On Tues. 26 July there were Reports from two reliable sources that certain Paymaster sub accounts had, in fact, been paid with liquid monies in their accounts.
- MarkZ: “They are expecting it at any moment. I was told by some exceptionally good contacts that we are extremely close. I am hearing that sub accounts for the paymasters have been funded and some paymasters report they have that money….that it arrived on Tues. 26 July. The accounts were not yet liquid, but if they have the money in their accounts this could literally go at any moment.
- Last Wed. 20 July the Chinese Elders refused to sign documents that would have released the RV because those documents had been changed from the original agreement. They gave the Cabal until Sun. 24 July to change back to the original agreement. By early Friday morning EST 22 July the Chinese Elders had signed those documents at the US Treasury and the RV was released.
- Holly from the Zorra Call, Dr Tom: “We have heard from the Admirals group, they were supposed to go last Wed. 20 July but there were so many contracts that were rejected (up to 1 million). The people were dressed up and acting like they were White Hats/ humanitarians that were not. These contracts were all denied and they were arrested.”

- Fri. 22 July Shadow Super Intel Report: Gitmo was filling up again with arrested Cabal foot soldiers. These are Elite Bankers who have been frantically trying to stop the RV. The Quantum Financial System was now ready to be put online. The Alliance was frantically printing USTN dollars in preparation for Zim and Dinar exchanges. Investors are advised to have their Humanitarian Projects at the ready as this can all happen very fast.
