An informed Iraqi government source revealed, on Tuesday evening, that the outgoing Prime Minister appointed the director of his office as head of the Iraqi intelligence service.

The source told Shafaq News Agency, “Al-Kazemi assigned his office manager, Raed Jouhi, with the tasks of the head of the Iraqi intelligence service, and the assignment letter will be officially issued in the coming hours.” LINK
