On Sat. 23 July Iraq was put on lockdown. No news was allowed out of the country and no one was allowed to leave the country. By Wed. 27 July there were reports that the Iraqi Dinar rate had revalued, though the new rate was not yet made public. On that same Wed. MarkZ said his contacts reported that they were partying, laughing and dancing in the Iraqi Parliament, CBI and other government buildings.

• On Wed. 27 July Nadar from the Mid East posted two videos saying that the Dinar rate had revalued with a new rate, but was not yet public.
• Wed. 27 July evening MarkZ: “In Iraq today they were partying, laughing and dancing in the Parliament, CBI and government buildings. It has turned into quite an event in Iraq.” Sat. 23 July MarkZ: “Iraq is on lockdown. Nobody was allowed to leave country. They did that right before Kuwait RV’d. Tues. 27 July MarkZ: “They are expecting it at any moment. I was told by some exceptionally good contacts that we are extremely close. • A Contact who was in Tier 3 was notified that they would be funded late Mon. evening 25 July. On Tues. 26 July there were reports from two reliable sources that certain Paymaster sub accounts had been paid. These contacts have been silent ever since.
• Last Wed. 20 July the Chinese Elders refused to sign documents that would have released the RV because those documents had been changed from the original agreement. They gave the C***l until Sun. 24 July to change back to the original agreement. By early Friday morning EST 22 July the Chinese Elders had signed those documents at the US Treasury and the RV was released.

Planes, Trains Grounded:

• Germany, Lufthansa ground staff walk out in Germany in pay dispute.
