It appears someone saw my “Signing NDAs” from a couple weeks ago or they had it already planned out that when the signed NDAs were about to expire then the people had to sign ‘New’ ones.
So when is this going to end as the NDAs were good for only 60-90 days and the info still could not go out, but then other people would be signing theirs at later dates, yet the info still must come out at the same time or those NDAs would be fraudulent.
Would the NDAs be continuous as they must keep signing one after another when the expiration dates come due, or is there something in them where when it becomes public that the NDAs no longer apply?
