I’ve been waiting for this admission since I heard about NDA’s :
Restored Republic via a GCR: Update as of October 12, 2022
“ Those doing humanitarian projects will not have to sign an oath or contract in order to receive their money. “
Those doing ‘ Humanitarian Projects ‘ are the ones who will be asking for higher contract rates ( Zim ? ) as opposed to those just ‘ cashing in ‘ at regular exchange rates ‘ Banks.’
As I see it :
Either the NDA c**p was true or the QFS was true. Both being true makes no sense.
If the NDA was true, you would need the ” Spy Army ” we peon’s have been threatened with for a decade – then the banks would steal it all anyway. An NDA means the good guys lost & the bad guys won, to whatever degree.

With a genuine, real, functional { as advertised } QFS, it ” knows ” virtually everything you do with ‘ money ‘, making an NDA a big pile of unnecessary hogwash.
Yeah, sure, maybe this type of BS ‘ intel ‘ serves some purpose, but IT SURE IS A PAIN IN THE A*S.
