How can the new ‘Pay Card’ to access “your personal bank on the QFS” be properly used by only that people and possibly never lose it?

From:
“New Announcement, the Pay Card– will have a 2-inch screen on it. On one side. It will be a like-Debit card. This is to see the updated balance in your QFS (Quantum Financial System) account on the screen. Pay Card cannot be used by anybody of anybody else. It picks up your personal frequency. It will NOT wear out, it is bio-organic made. It will use signals from the future “light-wave technology” or using the light frequencies that are NOT harmful to the human body. This is your personal bank on the QFS. One cannot do bad things with the card. If you need cash, it can create cash, right in front of you; materialize. The normal Wi-Fi signals now are somewhat harmful, clearly.”

People misplace, lose and have stolen their personal belongings all the time, but in the high crime areas it is taken from them and can be used by the criminals to force the people to withdraw much funds. Even in a fire, flood or home/auto accident it will surely be lost or destroyed and a replacement needs to be given soon. There needs to be some way where this will not happen along with a microchip not being placed into us to prevent this as it could be worse at certain times.

Someone must have the good answers and they must be answered to all of us and soon when these are accessible.
