Maybe you did not know that 109 years ago when Congress was on Christmas break they had a few members that stayed back to vote in the Federal Reserve Act with their small majority in Session and President Wilson signed it into Law. It appears came January 1914 that no one really disputed the FRA and who voted on it as it was done, just like Congress certifying the 2020 Election on January 6, 2021.

Now while we are all waiting around you can catch up here on the financial history of the US CORP and what you thought was OK was actually NOT. We have 26 days left before Congress takes Session, if they do, and this will give you a heads up on the corruption that took place back then. For now it still appears to be that Tier 3 will not have liquidity till next week and then Tier 4 & 5 can go after that, much more delays. Will it get done before January 3rd?

Will we have to wait for Dec 23, 2022 for the same thing to happen for which the present Congress votes in something very egregious and overturns whatever Trump and the White Hats have done? If it happens then the US Military should be there for their Arrests. As even on Dec 7, 1941 Japanese representatives were at the White House to sign a peace treaty, yet President Roosevelt, in his third term, refused to do anything till after Pearl Harbor was attacked as he was with the Rothschilds that wanted war. Today, Dec 7 is 81 year anniversary, and back then the last Constitutional Declaration of War voted in by Congress.

In 1913 AMENDMENT XVI was ratified in February by only 4 states yet proven Unconstitutional by Bill Benson in his research, and he passed away May 5, 2021. Yet he was the best patriot that did the research for us all going to each state capital, all 48 with Arizona and New Mexico being the last two becoming states the year before. And California along with maybe others rely on the wording from the IRS code for their own state income tax, thus those state are Unconstitutional as well.

All Amendments to the United States Constitution

“AMENDMENT XVI – Passed by Congress July 2, 1909. Ratified February 3, 1913.
“Note: Article I, section 9, of the Constitution was modified by amendment 16.
“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

“The federal government rests its authority to collect income tax on the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution—the federal income tax amendment—which was allegedly ratified in 1913.
“These four states are among the thirty-eight from which Philander Knox claimed ratification:
“California: The legislature never recorded any vote on any proposal to adopt the amendment proposed by Congress.
“Kentucky: The Senate voted on the resolution, but rejected it by a vote of nine in favor and twenty-two opposed.
“Minnesota: The State sent nothing to the Secretary of State in Washington.
“Oklahoma: The Senate amended the language of the 16th Amendment to have a precisely opposite meaning.
“When his project was finished at the end of 1984, Bill had visited the capitol of every state from 1913 and knew that not a single one had actually and legally ratified the proposal to amend the U.S. Constitution. Thirty-three states engaged in the unauthorized activity of altering the language of an amendment proposed by Congress, a power that the states do not possess.”

December 23, 1913: The Federal Reserve Is Created
“The whole thing was a wonderful demonstration of what Christmas can do in the sphere of legislation.”

By Richard Kreitner
December 23, 2015
“On this day in 1913 President Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act into law, thus creating, for the third time in the nation’s history (but the first time in The Nation’s history), a national central bank. According to a Nation editorial that ran on the first day of 1914, a primary motive for getting the bill out of Congress and onto the president’s desk was the senators’ desire to get home for Christmas.”
