With; “Also, Taxes you paid, interest paid on loans, credit card interest and mortgage interest paid will be paid back.” and “That restitution is supposed to start for those age 61 and older around the 16th of January.” will it include the taxes paid for the year 2022?
Or will We The People have to file their tax returns in 2023 for the year 2022 and claim ZERO Income taxes to be paid and a FULL Return of the taxes already paid as ZERO Income for the year? I would think YES!
I think that for the year 2022 the IRS and your state taxing agency will not know the full amount of taxes already paid and even what your employer paid the governments thru to even the first weeks of January as We The People have not yet been notified of this change to not pay any taxes.
It may be that many employers will not have gotten the notices that Income taxes are a way of the past and are not to be continued, so my comments of the past on notices being put out is that the White Hats have stalled too long in getting this completed before 2023 comes around and that year starts with no real changes.
The pay checks coming out for working this week for most companies end on Sunday January 1, 2023 and thus they have already continued their practices the same as for 2022.
Forget about refunds for the sales taxes paid on any purchased items as they are so small, but the interest and sales taxes paid for the larger items; homes, automobiles and boats will be refunded.
I also think that your major loans for; homes, automobiles and boats you should receive a full refund on those purchases and not just on the interest paid, as the banks and financial institutions used your SSN to access your Treasury Direct Account to withdraw your funds and then charge you interest on your own money, thus your items were already paid for when you signed that loan. And that is considered Banker Fraud!
