It was mentioned not long ago, that Vietnam may float their rate right along with Iraq floating theirs.
I have Vietnamese currency. Will we know ahead of our appointments, whether or not our currency is floating.
I would really hate showing up at an appointment to only find out
I’m stuck with a lower rate. Or, do I get up and walk out, then wait for the rate to float up?
I’m concerned.
