Well, nobody likes to say I told you so, but I do. So, I told you so.
We are looking at the inflation numbers that came out for December and it was a big surprise to some that we saw deflation during the month of December, from November to December in 2022.
So, let us break this down so that we are very clear on what prices actually did over the last month and over the last year.
