Disinformation may be needed, but Charlie’s 180 degree reversal on the status of the RV is mind boggling.
Just a week ago he and Simon Parkes could hardly contain themselves about the good news coming in January.
If he is truly talking to the RV team every day then they must have instructed him to say this.
And If he is truly the spokesperson for the RV then he has just announced himself out of a job !!!
Who needs him now if the RV is way out in the future?
And who can believe a word he says from now on?
NESARA/GESARA cannot, I repeat, cannot work without the GCR/RV.

If Charlie is to be taken seriously, he is actually saying that N/G will not happen until 2024 ???????
So in conclusion, I strongly suggest we regard this statement as a pure distraction.
