Somebody in government needs to come clean about details of the implementation of the Quantum Financial System. I have tried to find out how I will pay my bills and receive my checks and nobody that I need to involve in that process is even aware about this implementation. I would caution anyone that wants to move their account to the new system. Do your own research. No one can tell me if once my money is moved into the new system, (Stellar). How the bank account status will be affected. If you transfer your funds, will the current bank close your account? or Will my balance still be reflected on the bank’s books?
