JP Morgan signed a 3-year Differed Prosecution Agreement related to their Silver Market Rigging admission of guilt in 2020. JPM paid a $920M fine for their crime but ALSO booked a $1B gain in precious metal trading in 2020! That gain was over 20X their normal profit taking in precious metals. On September 25, 2023 that DPA expires and judging by the derivative data from the OCC THEY ARE PANICKING TO GET OUT OF SILVER OTC DERIVATIVES! Looks like we have a “Drop D**d” date for the Good Guys to Destroy the Criminal Banks…anytime BEFORE September 25, 2023!
